1. After simplifying the water circulation circuit, the flow resistance of the T-water circulation is reduced, and the flow velocity in the riser is increased. For hot water boilers, return water injection devices are installed on the left and right water-cooled walls with high flow resistance in the water circulation. Improved the reliability of water circulation, ensuring safe and stable operation of boilers.

2. Arrange sufficient heating surfaces so that the heat released by fuel combustion can be fully absorbed by the heating surfaces and transferred to the working medium. The exhaust temperature is generally around 160C.

3. Reasonably arranging the front and rear arches increases the furnace temperature while strengthening the disturbance of flue gas in the high-temperature zone, reducing the heat loss of chemical incomplete combustion and fly ash loss.

4. Adopting active core large grate plates and ensuring sufficient effective grate area to improve grate operation reliability while ensuring sufficient coal combustion.

5. The convection tube arrangement has been changed from sequential to staggered, and the heat transfer efficiency has been improved by increasing the heat transfer coefficient, thereby enhancing the thermal efficiency of the boiler. By taking the above measures, the thermal efficiency of boilers of all specifications has exceeded 76%, which is higher than the national standard requirements. Adopting double-sided air intake, separate air chamber, and independent adjustment, stable combustion and reliable operation. A smoke and dust inertial separation device is installed at the outlet of the grate furnace to reduce the original dust concentration of the boiler to below 1800mg/Nm3. Combined with an efficient multi tube dust collector, the dust concentration of the boiler meets the requirements of first-class regions in China.
