1. The energy-saving YY (Q) W series organic carrier furnace is a horizontal forced liquid-phase circulation organic heat carrier furnace.

2. The heating surface is composed of densely arranged circular tubes inside, middle, and outside (or inside and outside). Large boilers are equipped with a compact "top plate tube" structure. The inner side of the inner coil (the inner side of the inner coil and the inner side of the middle coil in multi-layer coils) is the radiation heating surface, and the outer surface of the inner coil (the outer side of the middle coil in multi-layer coils) and the outer coil form the convection heating surface.

3. The fuel burns and releases heat in the inner coil (multi-layer coil is the middle coil), and after absorbing most of the heat through the radiation heating surface, the high-temperature flue gas enters the convection heating surface for heat exchange, and then exits the boiler through the flue gas outlet.

The flue gas discharged from the boiler is generally around 300 ℃ and contains a lot of heat energy. By using a waste heat boiler, some of the heat energy can be recovered to produce hot water for domestic and production use. For units that do not require hot water, an air preheater can be equipped to preheat the air involved in combustion, which can improve boiler thermal efficiency and save fuel.
