Chain grate mold temperature machine

The chain grate mold temperature machine consists of five core modules: combustion system, heat exchange system, temperature control system, circulation system, and safety system. Among them, the chain grate is the core of the combustion system and the key to distinguishing it from other fuel mold temperature machines.

Chain grate combustion system (core): chain grate, feeding hopper, feeder, blower, induced draft fan, furnace, slag removal device, responsible for automatic feeding, full combustion, flue gas emission, and ash cleaning of biomass particles

Heat exchange system: horizontal/vertical heat exchanger, the high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion is fully exchanged with the heat transfer medium to avoid heat waste, and the heat exchange efficiency directly determines the energy consumption of the equipment

Temperature control system: temperature control instruments, temperature sensors, variable frequency controllers, precise control of grate speed, drum induced air size, medium circulation speed, achieving precise temperature control of ± 1 ℃

Circulating system: circulating pump, expansion tank, oil storage tank (heat transfer oil type), responsible for the closed circulation of heat transfer medium, ensuring continuous heat transfer

Safety system: over temperature alarm, over pressure protection, material cut-off shutdown, flameout protection, smoke monitoring device, to eliminate safety hazards in industrial production
