The fixed grate mold temperature machine also consists of five core modules, but compared to the chain grate mold temperature machine, it is greatly simplified, without automated transmission components, and has a simple and easy to maintain structure. The core difference is concentrated in the combustion system:

Fixed grate combustion system (core): fixed grate, feed inlet, manual hopper, small blower, simple furnace, manual slag removal outlet, no feeder, induced draft fan (some high-end models have small induced draft fans), relying on manual operation throughout the process

Heat exchange system: Small tube heat exchanger, simple structure, heat exchange efficiency meets the needs of small heating, low maintenance cost

Temperature control system: basic temperature control instrument+temperature sensor, can only achieve basic constant temperature control, without frequency conversion adjustment function, temperature fine-tuning relies on manual control of feeding and blowing volume

Circulating system: small circulating pump, simple expansion tank, suitable for small flow medium circulation, meeting the heating needs of small equipment

Safety system: Basic over temperature alarm, over pressure protection, automatic safety devices such as no material cut-off shutdown, flameout protection, etc., requiring manual monitoring and supervision
