Fault phenomenon: After starting the heating, the temperature slowly rises or stagnates, and cannot reach the set temperature required for production (such as setting 120 ℃, the actual temperature can only rise to 80 ℃).

Core cause: Damage to the heating tube (dry burning causing the heating wire to melt); Insufficient power supply voltage or three-phase power shortage; Insufficient circulating medium or pipeline blockage; The PID parameters of the thermostat are disordered.

Solution: First check the liquid level of the medium, and when it is below the minimum scale line, supplement the appropriate medium (water temperature machine with softened water, oil temperature machine with special heat transfer oil); After power failure, use a multimeter to check the resistance of the heating tube. If it is infinite, replace it; Check if the three-phase power is normal, and contact an electrician to repair any missing phases; Restart the test after restoring the default PID parameters of the thermostat.
