Is the temperature fluctuation of the mold temperature machine large, fluctuating high and low beyond the error range?

Fault phenomenon: The actual temperature fluctuates violently near the set value (such as jumping between 92-108 ℃ when set at 100 ℃), resulting in unstable product forming quality.

Core cause: Loose, damaged or poorly wired temperature sensor (PT100); Insufficient flow of circulating pump (pump body wear, filter blockage); The PID parameter setting of the temperature controller is unreasonable; There is strong electromagnetic interference nearby.

Solution: Re plug the sensor wiring and polish the oxidized terminals; Disassemble the filter to clean impurities or replace the filter element; Adjust PID parameters (increase ratio P, adjust integral length I); Keep the mold temperature machine away from strong interference sources such as welding machines.
